good evening! 1 mile leslie Sansone before supper tonight. also power walked and ran an errand before supper tonight. my fitness goals for today have been attained.

good night! major thunderstorm here this morning. did 2 miles leslie Sansone before I went to see dad today. the thunderstorm screwed up my internet until tonight. power walked to my meeting tonight. also power walked home after my meeting.
