  • Thanks EagleRiverDee - I like how you are incorporating strength, flexibility and cardio into your workouts - great job I need to add in some weights but will likely add this starting in January - for now just trying to get myself back on track this month.

    Thanks- some of that is intentional, some of it is that I get bored easily so I'm always changing things up to keep it interesting.
