    Trying to measure a cooked rutabga? If I measure out two cups does that equal more because it's cooked?


    B- coffee, Advantage shake for creamer, IP vanilla pudding waffle

    L- trying to eat a rutabaga- first time! now:-), IP Bar

    D- shrimp, with cajun seasoning, veggies- depends on how much rutabaga I eat for lunch!
  • laloli - you need to measure raw veggies. Depending on the vegetable and how you cook it, cooked amount will vary greatly.

    P1:

    B: Vanilla pudding latte
    L: 2 cups cucumbers & peppers; SW cheese curls
    D: 6 oz sirloin, grilled zucchini
    S: Wildberry yogurt drink

    Sn - lemon bar
    D - 8 oz steak, 2 c veg

    L- turkey burger (grilled) with peppers& onions
    S-southwest puffs
    D- spinach salad with capacchino drink for dessert

    B: Mango RTD, mango 'Crystal Light' in the blender with ice. Made a HUGE serving. (Mango is the only flavor drink mix I can find that is Splenda sweetened).
    L: Grilled chicken, squash with bell pepper and mushrooms.
    D: Southwest cheese curls and a huge salad with veggies.
    S: EAS Shake - chocolate fudge flavor
    I switched my protein to lunch today, and I don't think I want to do that again.

    B - cappuccino
    Sn - 1 c veg, hot chocolate
    L- 4 oz tuna and salad & 1 c veg
    D - 4 oz chicken with 2 c veg
    Sn- cheesecake pudding

    L: Fine herb and cheese omelet with 1 cup broccoli and 1 cup mushrooms.
    D: 8 oz ground beef mixed with 1 cup diced rutabaga, seasoned with curry or Mexican spices (not sure yet), with 1 cup sliced cucumber.
    S: EAS Strawberry shake

    B: EAS Rich Dark Chocolate shake, 1 cup coffee, with ice in a blender
    L: Chicken soup with added broccoli, mushrooms and bellpepper
    D: Grilled steak, cabbage
    S: EAS Chocolate Fudge
