Post your goal at the beginning of the month, track it throughout, and we'll celebrate our successes at the end. We keep a list of goals -- when one is met, it gets turned RED as a mark of achievement.

My goal for this beautiful month of July. It's so hot here in Vegas, so I am going to set some cooler goals this month.
1. Go to gym 2 days a week.
2. Do wii 20 days this month.
3. Start Round 2 Insanity.
4. Ride/Run 5 miles a week.

07/01: Insanity Fit Test. Lots of Laundry (I count this, because carrying 8 loads of laundry up and downstairs is hard)

07/03: GYM: Hot Hula Class (-654 Cal); GYM: Weights arms;
07/04: NO GYM; NO WII; NO INSANITY; NO RIDE/RUN; - I did do housework, but no official workout. Too busy.
07/05: No Gym; No Wii; No Insanity; No Ride/Run; POOR DAY!
07/06: No Gym; No Wii; No Insanity; No Ride/Run; Poor Day... Did Dance x45 minutes.

My goal is to exercise 16 times this month, thats 4 times a week, totally do able
July 1st- walked 1 hour and a half not for exercise but it was in 95 degree weather
July 2nd- did 17 minutes on the elliptical plus some core and strength
July 3rd- 17 minutes on elliptical, 10 minutes doin core, 20 minutes doing strength, and 15 minutes on treadmill!
July 4th- no work out
July 5th- did my work out routine at the gym as usual
July 6th- no workout
July 7th- camping but did some swimming in the springs
July 8th- swimming for 3 hours
July 9th- swam again for several hours
July 10th- no work out
July 11th- no work out
July 12th- did around an hour and a half of various work outs at the gym
July 13th- no work out
July 14th- did the gym work out
July 15th- did the gym work out
July 16th- walked 4 miles in state park
July 17th- hour and a half at the gym

Okay, I would love to do this!! I seriously need to move my backside, and I ahve been very slack lately.
I intend to do 15 hours of exercise this month.
Day 1 1hr cardio 14hrs to go!
I debated over this, looking at everyone else's goal - mine seems wimpy! But, I wanted to choose an attainable goal for me - hoping to set a new goal if I reach it before the end of the month.
