Hey cat eyed, nothing wimpy about your goal AT ALL. We're all at different places, and you're absolutely right, you can up the ante for yourself at any time!"

BTW, from what part of Nebraska do you hail? I'm a transplanted Nebraskan to California. My father and a large part of my heart remains there. There are others on the boards as well: Lori Bell, Nebraska mom, and a few others, too.

An active day: stepping and exercises in the morning (I'm doing a sort of physical therapy/pilates blend that I quite like), then recumbent bike and weights in the evening. Maybe tonight I'll sleep for more than 2 hours at a stretch.

I'm at 190 out of 2000 minutes.

I'm in again! I'm upping my on foot goal to 15 miles since I met my 12 mile goal last month and didn't log any of my walk out on errands (I figure .5 mile or more to get my errand done should count, right?) plus I'm adding 5 miles on the bike this month. I just got my tires pumped back up and aside from some brake grease it is ready to start tackling the hills in this town. Thank goodness I splurged on the 7 speed when I got it years ago.

I'm excited!

cat_eyed: I love to see attainable goals. You can really build on a goal like 600 minutes, month after month, and before long you'll be amazing yourself!

Great to see everyone! I'll make an initial goal list for us tomorrow.

July goals: 1400 minutes, 15 Wii workouts
1: 25 min gardening, 35 min Wii Walk It Out (1/15); 60/1400
2: 50 min Wii Fit Plus; 110/1400

Hi, everyone! * UPDATED 7/7

I am new to the forum... hope I am not to late to join in on this month's fun!

My July goal is:

25 workout days, at least 45 min sessions, vary activity to include at least three different things each week.

So far:
7/1 - park hike (90 min total)
7/2 - gym, stationary bike and floor calisthenics (60 min total)
7/3 - moderate walk near home (45 min total)
7/4 - rest
7/5 - moderate walk near home (45 min total)
7/6 - gym, elliptical and tread (55 min total)
7/7 - gym, elliptical (50 min total)

Leave for business travel on Mon; have plan to use fitness center at hotel while gone and have planned schedule to allow workout time.
