[Sweater Girl]

Hey Y'all

Well, not the best start to the weekend for me. Had to tell a guy I was seeing that I just wanted to be friends, I don't like doing that, BUT I don't wanna leave a guy hanging either. Heck I have a lot more guts than most of the guys I date.


Anyhoo, got up early, drove to a local park and went for a 45 minute jog, so that was a good way to start the day.

I have been amazing with exercise as of late, but am limited and cannot do reverse curls or dead lifts due to my new tattoo The tat did hurt, but hey, I like it. Luckily I lost all of the rolls on my back when I lost weight So it looks good!

Thought I would stop by and keep you company! Congrats on the new tattoo! I have one (on my hip) that I got 7 years ago and I still love it! No, it's not fun to tell someone you just want to be friends but you're right - it's so much better than leaving them hanging! I guess it is just one way we are more thoughtful than men, huh?!

Nothing new to report here. Other than work and school, there is no time in my life for anything else. Today was a beautiful day here and I was able to get a good run in after class. I am running a 5K next Sunday with the cute boy from class. I figure if he still seems interested after seeing me bright red and sweaty, maybe this could actually turn into something!

My sister's baby is due in about 2 weeks, so I am getting excited about that. And I am helping my little bro apply for a mortgage. Seems like everyone has exciting things going on but me! I never thought I'd see the day that he bought a place before me, but I'm really proud of him. And since I want to stay in the city, it will be a while before I buy, as I want a 2 bedroom condo and will have to spend between $250-$300K. It's ridiculous, but I don't want to go back to the burbs.

I guess I am lonelier than I thought staying in to study on a Saturday night, as I just rambled on about some very random topics!

Well, back to study, so this can be me someday - !!

Jen: Ah seems like we're the only ones around this weekend (everyone come out and play). I just went for a run this morning so I feel good. Isn't it funny, when I was fat I heardly sweated at all, now that I am fit, I am always drenched in sweat after a workout (same with my mom). I heard it's because our bodies are working better and more efficiently! Cute boy from class? That's soo cool. Since I am currently just in Law Clerk (paralegal whatever you wanna call it) training it's just us girls basically.

I was running late Friday morning and I did not get a chance to WI before I went to my parents. I just got back, so I guess I will wait until the end of the week to go. I had Mom and Grandma's good cooking all weekend, so I am a little scared. I had everything they made, but in very small portions. I did not count points at all! I think I will drop my points the rest of the week by 2 or 3 a day and I am going to start working out tomorrow, so I should be ok by Saturday WI. I will eat lots of those 0 pt veggies for fillers all week!

My reunion was great! It was so nice to see old friends. It seems like most of the girls are the same...except for the one with the sex change, but I wont go into details on that one! The guys all looked the same with less hair and bigger bellies!

It is good to be home though, and on vacation all week!! I have a 15 minute presentation to prepare for class Monday, but other than that, my week is free free free! And the weather is going to be georgous! In the 70s and sunny all week. It is getting in the 40s at night though! Fall is here!

Ali - I sweat so much more now too than I did when I was heavy. I have heard the same thing - that your body gets more efficient at cooling itself, so you sweat sooner and more.
I didn't realize you were in law clerk training now. How is it going?

Marcie - Glad the reunion went well. Enjoy your week off!!

I went for a nice run this morning, then went and bought a few pairs of new shoes! Now I am watching the Bears game for a while before I head to the library to do some research.
