So how did we do my little Darlings?
I did ok
Drank 1.5 - 2 liters a day
and had my big salad or a veggie equivalent 5 out of 7 days
I'm pretty pleased

on to the new challenges! *Cape flaps victoriously in the breeze*

So #1 I'm going to make my break fast every morning (except for the 2 mornings i do a study breakfast with friends)
that bfast will be egg beaters and salsa (VEGGIES!)
ok I'm way too perky even for me
and on the dining hall days Egg beaters and 2 vegan sausages
#2 I'm going to the g__ g__ gym yes thats right twice this week I'm going to the gym treadmill 20 minutes or until i beg for mercy
its been a few weeks
#3 more Fruit
Not this monday but Next Monday which is 9/30 I'm weighing in!
Mondays are my crazy Day so I might not post till tommorrow night
