Little Things to Little Things Challege UPDATE Rounding the Corner to Week 2

  • Ok so we started this challenge last monday and Technically its Monday tho I havent been to sleep yet and prolly wont for another hour or so
    So how did we do my little Darlings?
    I did ok
    Drank 1.5 - 2 liters a day
    and had my big salad or a veggie equivalent 5 out of 7 days
    I'm pretty pleased
    OK
    on to the new challenges! *Cape flaps victoriously in the breeze*
    I know your saying What the heck is this girl doing with a cape on at 1:28 am wellll lets just saay I'm special!
    Ok
    So #1 I'm going to make my break fast every morning (except for the 2 mornings i do a study breakfast with friends)
    that bfast will be egg beaters and salsa (VEGGIES!)
    ok I'm way too perky even for me
    and on the dining hall days Egg beaters and 2 vegan sausages
    #2 I'm going to the g__ g__ gym yes thats right twice this week I'm going to the gym treadmill 20 minutes or until i beg for mercy
    its been a few weeks
    #3 more Fruit
    Not this monday but Next Monday which is 9/30 I'm weighing in!
    Mondays are my crazy Day so I might not post till tommorrow night

  • Little Things Challenge ...
    OK ... I'm still stuck on Week 1!

    I was at the gym @ 5AM today. I will go 3 days a week @ weight train.

    Last night, upon getting home from camping I unpacked AND worked on a "hot spot" in the house.

    SO ... I'm making some progress. I just fear change!

    I went to Weigh IN on Friday AM and was UP. I was shocked. I thought I did OK during the week. HUMPH. Guess I wasn't that good ... those "bad" little things add up to, just as much as "good little things".

    I'll hopefully add 1 more thing to Week 2.

    Way to go KT! Onward ... (tuck in your cape before you trip on the treadmill )!
  • Challenge Update: I kept my hands out of the cookie jar all week except for one jolly rancher! Not too shabby. I had 2 liters of water 5 out of 7 days....the other two days I had 1-1.5 liters. I am still working on this one!

    For this week I am adding a workout routine!!! I got a Walk Away the Pounds DVD and I am starting it tomorrow. We are going to the zoo today, so I will be walking for hours. I want to excersize 4-5 times a week, even if it is only the 1 mile walk. I will ramp this up as I get more accustomed to it.

    I think this is the only new challege I am adding....so my list is
    1) water water water
    2) no candy from the candy jar
    3) walk 4-5 times a week
