My DH seems to remember a low carb 4 day jump start menu that helped him get over a slump. He has been doing Atkins and about a year ago, during a stall, I found a menu that he followed and got him loosing again. He seems to remember having 1/2 gratefruit every morning.
Well now I am low carbing and I have hit a slump

and I am trying to find that menu that worked so well for him. Does anyone remember it, or have it??
