Well up a little on the scale today but this always seems to happen on the weekends - I know it's not a real pound of fat that I have gained over night. Had a couple drinks last night that I probably shouldn't have had (but after a HORRIBLE, STRESSFUL work week I couldn't help myself) and maybe an extra handful of peanuts that I shouldn't have had ..... Plus my TOM is fast approaching - don't know if that has anything to do with it today.

All the same - going to do some shopping today and find myself at the gym afterward. If my TOM is really here and is affecting the scale I will just have to keep my head down and keep working out because when that TOM is over I should be into the 160s!!

Keep going everyone!!

I am officially out of the 210's. Hopefully I can stay there even though I'm having a frozen dinner and those really little bad for you eggrolls for lunch today. Last night I even had cheesecake and pasta....whoa. But, I have been RUNNING my butt off.

209.5 weigh in today. I expect 211 tomorrow.

I'm a little late, but I still want in on this! However, my goal is to be just a little bit over 10 lbs. so that I can be in the 140s. I think I'm going to have a heart attack when I see 140 something on my scale. A serious heart attack! What will be big for me is having a BMI in the "normal" range. I started out as obese, then moved into overweight, now my next goal is to be a normal weight. I'll achieve that at 145 lbs! If I can do this in October I'll only be about 5 lbs. away from that. This is nuts! Good luck everyone!

slept in till 11 today which was much need.

Bonus to that is I only have to split my 1300 calories between two meals now!!!
2nd bonus to that is that when I weighed in at 7 this morning after pottying I weighed same as yesterday. When I weighed in at 11 after that nice sleep I weighed in at 246!!!

Sleep DOES do a body good!!!

Yuck, I'm at 237.8. Up 1.6. It's starting to look just like it did last month. Hopefully I can still have a net loss of 8lb like last month, too. My calories haven't been crazy over and I'm still eating at a deficit, but I've been pretty high on the sodium.

I'm still sitting at 171. I don't think my body wants to get out of the 170's. I'm slightly frustrated given that I've been perfect for 2 weeks and have seen movement in the wrong direction.

Fingers crossed that something changes next week!

That's ok Meeel! What kind of diet/weight loss program are you doing? Sometimes when we do the same things and eat the same things over and over our bodies get used to it. Try a different approach! Ramp up your exercise. Start tracking everything you eat. Double up on fruits/veg intake and ramp up your protein intake and especially drink more water! Hopefully that'll get you past the 1 week slump! :-)

I know just how you feel! I saw 235 earlier in the week but now I'm back up to 237.8.
