Holy crap. 171.4 yesterday.... 170.6 today. HERE I COME 160S!!! Just have to hope I don't plateau here all of a sudden like I did at 175/176 last month for about 2 weeks!!

Losses like this are the reason why I LOVE daily weigh ins!

You don't have to thank me for writing That's so cute I only offer up opinions because back years ago, the information available today, was not known yet. Due to that, the fitness instructor my father and I had, had us actually doing this differently (and ineffective for me)... since then I have gone and put on tons more weight over the years and taken on more stress. I have begged the help of a nutritionalist (and have a friend who is a trainer, so win win) and have found out I am an "adrenal" body type who keeps all fat storage in abdomen area, brought on by stress, etc... I have found out just how individualized this process really is, but there are a FEW things that are a constant, no matter the path/person. Caloric intake is one of those things. Not enough calories and the body won't let go. On weight training days, I am to consume a bit more proteins, on elliptical/cardio days, a bit more calories (cause I am burning more and need the fuel). I struggle to get in the amount of calories I need in a day - honestly a real issue for me. But I have learned how to try to retrain myself and it is getting easier (not fully there yet)..and the folks on 3FC have been a God-send to me... and made suggestions of peanut butter and such that have been able to save my caloric hiney before when I was no where near enough for the day... I love these folks!!! I only hope I might be able to think of something for someone else that maybe they didn't think of...just once... to try and pay back for all these folks have been doing for me (support, knowledge, experience) Trust me when I say you will see numbers You have done wonderful so far!!! Don't forget to pat yourself on the back for that too

hahnj - Wow! What a huge loss for you! Super job!!!

steinawine - Great job on your loss! I am so excited for you! I don't know how you are able to do the daily weigh ins, would drive me obsessive. I "officially" weigh in once a week on Saturdays, but tend to take a sneak peek on Wednesdays, My DH has threatened to hide the scale if I get on it more, because I really do go obsessive - not with just weight - it's like that with most everything I do

Shish - Thank you so much for adding me! You have been so inspiring! You keep moving forward You are doing so great and I am so happy for you

aka - how heave are those clothes? You have heavy wool outfits on? You are doing great! Onederland is right around the corner for you!

PreciousMissy - Great loss! Wow! Keep up the great work!

mariarose - Super job! You were able to record a loss too!!!! You all are making me so hopeful for Saturday's weigh in!

AFM - I worked out on the gym last night, then did the stretches. I am proud that my parents are here from Maine and I have still stayed totally on my plan without faultering (other than lacking sleep from trying to spread myself a bit thin), so here is hoping!!!! TOM should be completely done later today, which means I have to kick this water weight that it started to hold earlier than start date, in just a couple days.... maybe sleeping in will help too... lessen the cortisol amount in me so the body doesn't hold onto the fat - gots to get rid of that

UGH. I am SO scared to weigh in this week. It was my 21st birthday yesterday...so of course I had WAYY to many drinks than I needed...plus i'm going out this weekend with the girls to a japanese steakhouse and then after we are going to a club. I just know the scale is going to hate me when this is all over with.

It's Canadian Thanksgiving up here and because I'm getting these damn braces on tomorrow I kind of celebrated a bit tonight with some corn on the cob and ribs (and those gummi candies) that I won't be able to enjoy when I have braces.

I might not get to weigh in until the 11th because there's no point in weighing in on my parent's scale since it will be different from mine at home.

Wish me luck seeing a loss this weekend!

Everyone is doing so well Im super proud and inpired

Im concerned fo for the WI as I quit smoking on Tuesday I decided I wanted to do the c25k and asthma due to smoking was not letting me.
Did it cold turkey and food cravings have increased but I've been good in keeping my calories in check, a few more days and the increased cravings should subside, I hope

Good luck everyone, keep going strong!!!

Thank you ItsMyTurn! Weighing in daily is definitely a risk, sometimes I'm really bummed out because of it but I do it for the good days when the scale goes down. Then I feel incredible and it helps me keep going to keep the number down!!

and thank you Powerfullme! I don't think I have a secret. I go to the gym almost every day, I do 35 minutes of elliptical and thats pretty much it - I'm trying to get up the guts to add in kick boxing. I don't eat that much throughout the day either - I do WW/Calorie Counting very strictly. This last week I have started drinking upwards of 80 to 100 plus ounces of water every day - this might also really be helping the scale stay down. AND CONGRATS ON NO MORE SMOKING! Keep it up - I've not had to fight that battle but I'm sure its hard to deal with. Just keep going - its all for the healthier, happier you! Don't give up!!

Today I weighed in at 170.0 exactly!!! It fluctuated from 169.8 to 170.0 a couple times and settled on 170. I'm so excited, I gotta keep going! I really need to get my butt into some kick boxing classes with a friend - she use to do it and said the weight dropped off her and she was in the best shape of her life when she went to them regularly! Thats my goal! (Just DO NOT want to wake up for the early Saturday morning class .... might have to wait for the Monday and Wednesday night classes!).

Everyone else is doing really phenomenal! Our first week of October almost done - we should be so proud! Keep going everyone! Keep pushing that scale downwards!

Can I just say that I really, really HATE the 230s and I cannot wait to get out of them. Seriously, I'm sick of it.

I have my official weigh in on Fridays... a little frustrating because I was down to 245.4 earlier in the week and this morning it said 247.4. I know this is part of my cycle and I'll go down again but frustrating when a weigh in doesn't show a week's worth of hard effort. Hopefully next Friday's will look much better!
