Everyone is doing great on their loss

Lorna - Have you tried calorie cycling to shake things up a bit?

AFM - Down 1.2 Lbs for the week. I am pre-TOM and holding water in abundance, but still managed a loss... I am tickled! YAY I am .2Lb away from my goal for the month... and still have another week to get there

I had an unexplained gain last week up to 209.6 - so down 3 lbs this week but still working my way back to my ticker weight. I'm not going to make my goal for this challenge but I am hoping to see some additional progress by the end of the month.

Been up and down the same couple weights the last week or two but there's still a downward trend so I guess that's good. Don't think I'm going to make it but there is a small chance. My goal is to work out at least 3 times this next week because I've been having a hard time finding time lately.

I hit my 10 lb loss this morning for this challenge! I'm thrilled and I'm going to keep pushing to see if I can get out of the 220s by November 1st.

I'm so impressed with everyone's progress - way to go guys!! And SUPER BIG HUGE congrats on the pregnancy, Hahnj!!!

I'm not doing so great. I had a few days where I didn't calorie count in the past couple of weeks (crazy busy) which might be part of the reason, although I did try to keep a mental count and tried to stay on track. Exercise has been a bit sporadic... skipped a couple, but then did an hour and a half hike twice etc. So... not sure all in all. I'm sure I won't make my goal at this point, but I'm really hoping to be a little closer to it by the first.

CW: 261

So down 1 for the week, but still a long way off.

Ugh I probably wont be making it to 214 by Halloween. I was 217
Last Wednesday and today I am 216.5ish by the same doctors office type scale

Disappointed but still going to work my butt off, especially because I still really want to be 199a by December 31st.
