Welcome everyone! October day 2 - gotta get my butt into the gym because I didnt yesterday. I did take a 2 mile walk but not the same kind of intensity as the gym. Up .6 to, not a big deal, normal fluctuations since I insist on weighing myself everyday and I basically drank ZERO water yesterday.

I'm totally in, but not shooting for 10 lbs. I know my body, and I can't lose that fast so I'm shooting for 7.4 lbs. Good luck everyone!

Welcome Annalena! While I joined this board back in the winter - my real first day of weight loss started a month ago on Sept 3rd and I joined the Lose 10LBS in September challenge - I lost 9 lbs - worked out nearly every day for 30 minutes and ate well - WW/calorie counting - Just wanted to share that with you because I am sure you can have the same success! This challenge really motivates you to keep going and makes you stay accountable!

Can I join too? My start weight is 158.8lbs.

I would love to be able to lose 10lbs by November 1st, but will be happy to lose 5lbs by my birthday on October 30th as that will put me at exactly 50lbs lost since I made this commitment last year!

Ooh, can I join? Is it too late? I've never done a challenge on here.. but it sounds like a good motivator! If I'm too late.. that's ok.

My starting weight is 168 on the dot... my ticker says otherwise, but I gained a pound this morning.
