Have you tried stretching your foot? There are also some braces you can get at a sporting goods store that you wear when you sleep, they kind of keep your foot flexed and those tendons keep from cramping up.You may want to check it out.
i lost 0.4lbs, so hopefully its on it's way out! i do stretch, but i'm curious to know about the braces. is it like an aircast? i'm willing to try anything. my friend suggested compression socks, which i may also try.

i'm actually proud of myself today. we had an all day staff retreat, potluck style. surprisingly, i did not over eat. i had a small portion of chicken chili, the smallest piece of lasagna ever, and a handful of pretzels. i had lots of fruit and salad, no booze. after i got home, i relaxed for a bit then prepared myself an OP meal. not letting an "off plan" meal turn into an all day event
