Can I jump onto this challenge? I Went on holidays and totally messed up. Back for another go. Last time around! Ip is a great diet. i need to reign myself in. Lisa I just noticed that you started this day last year! Fantastic results. Well done. You must feel fabulous. Mentally and physically. Congratulations.

Lost 2.2 lbs and 2.5 inches this week! They determined that my body fat % is 28.4%.

Congrats on all of the losses so far this week!!

Only add your own data to your own row

Please do not sort the spreadsheet or make other changes except to your own row. If it is not done correctly, it creates work for other people.

I've had to correct it this morning for over an hour.
After getting it corrected, I found that A LOT of the formulas from cells were missing.
If your data does not calculate correctly, PLEASE PM me so the entire sheet can be fixed, rather than just adding the data by hand.

And again, if you are enjoying this challenge, please please please only add your own data to your refrain from other formatting to the spreadsheet. After working on it for an hour I found MORE missing formulas (this is not the first time this has happened!). If this happens again, it will cause the challenge to be ruined for everyone.

If you previously PM'd me about helping with fixing the spreadsheet, please PM me again. Somehow I deleted your message. Thanks!

Well, unfortunately, some person who must be a very miserable human being b/c they enjoy causing mischief for others has erased our spreadsheet.

I've been doing these challenges for 1 year and this is the first time I have seen this happen.

I'm thinking I'll just create a new one for 25 by Halloween, if that is agreeable to all?
I'll set it up this evening.

In the meantime, I have locked the spreadsheet and you'll need an invitation to participate and it will require a Google User name. No more anonymous. Sorry. When people cause mayhem, it affects everyone.
Unfortunately, someone has ruined the fun for all...

I pray for people who like to cause misery for others. If they are not happy in this life, perhaps they will find peace some day.

I'm moving on with a fun day I had planned and I'll come back to this later.

I'll be able to send you the link via PM so you won't have to send me an email address.

This makes me sad... No one needs to participate and can drop out at any time if the frustration is overwhelming. So many other ways to deal with that.. And even members here who understand and would be willing to console or support taking a break ..

This makes me sad too - this was my first challenge since starting IP (actually my first challenge ever!) and I was enjoying it. Was very good motivation.

Sorry all your work got screwed up Lisa - some people are just mean. (the politest word I could think of)

I was being PC as well. But the person who did it WANTS us to be mad/upset/etc
Instead, we are just moving on & moving forward
