I just wanted to say I find this challenge very motivating! I love tracking my numbers along side everyone's and seeing how well everyone is doing. There is something lovely about all the small, and some big, losses slowly chugging downwards. I check the spreadsheet multiple times per week just to see how everyone is doing. Great job everyone!
Some of the gals on the 50 & over thread also introduced me the to the Dukan diet weight loss calculator , which may give a more realistic maintenance weight. It gave me one 10 lbs above the goal I set. This calculator takes more life events into account


I appreciated your advice before and appreciate it now! When I reach my 10% goal, hopefully Monday, I will update all my info.
