My weight loss has been SOOOOO slow lately. When I started, I thought I would be at goal by now. Thanks for starting this Lisa, and here's hoping that this challenge will finally get me there!

Mine too, Rarebird. After some reading, I'm giving my body a Ketosis break for July (and part of June).
Doesn't mean I not still dieting.
I know I won't have 25 by beginning of Fall but I'm hoping Halloween!

I've been thinking that my body might benefit from shaking up my diet a bit. I'm still very motivated and not afraid I'll stray if I do this, I'm just not sure what would be beneficial at this point. I know you're an A-1 researcher... can you share a bit of what your new "plan" is, until you go full force again? Thanks, Lisa
