    Just figured out to reply to your response. Who knows if I can make it to 150. Haven't weighed that since before kids...almost 20 years ago. Here's for giving it the old college try though. Good luck to you!

    My goal for "goal weight" is actually Halloween, due to my stall and subsequent phase-off. I'll be back on p1 July 29 and I hope (barring more stalls) 12 weeks on p1 will get me there. We shall see what happens.

  • Hi everyone. This is my first post and I'm on my fourth week of IP. I'm not sure I'll be on IP until the fall. (It's kind of expensive, the coaching isn't informative, and I want to slightly increase my caloric intake and phase into a more natural and healthier ketogenic diet soonish), but count me in on this. Good luck to everyone.

    BTW I made some minor appearance changes to the spreadsheet...hope you all don't mind.

    Uggghhh ..
    Had a radiologic procedure this week that involved drinking lots of nasty stuff...including barium and iodine solutions along with copious other liquids...water along with other salty-nasty stuff. Weight has bounced between 119 and 126 during the entire process all week.

    Entered my weight from this AM..but have no real idea what my weight is this week. Hope scale does not go back up after my body is finished getting rid of all the nasty stuff I had to drink.
