Thanks Susie. When I saw the pictures side by side I was really proud of myself. I even looked at a pair of pants I was wearing then and was almost half the size of them. Surreal!! But you look great too. I keep track of you so I can know what to expect. Thanks for being here!!!!

I'm a total newbie to the game but I love this thread already!! I need some motivation and there's nothing more motivating than seeing pics!! You guys look fantastic!! I have 10 pounds to lose and I'm on a serious calorie counting mission!!

I started my journey on March 29 2010 and have lost about 32 pounds and counting....

Can't wait to get to my goal weight...it will take awhile, but I know I can do it....we all can!

This is such an inspiring thread! Thanks to everyone for being brave and posting their photos. I wanted to contribute as well

The first photo was from December 2009. I weighted 215lbs and wore a tight size 16. I refused to move into 18's, so I knew I had to get in control of my eating.

The second photo was today! I currently weigh 178lbs and wearing a comfortable size 12. I am half way through my weight loss journey so far. I hope to reach my goal by the end of the year.

Keep the photos coming and lets celebrate our progress

I started off calorie counting in Feb of this year and have lost 67lbs so far. The 1st pic is of me on July 1st. I weighed 232lbs. The 2nd pic is of me back in Oct 09 visiting my M.I.L. I was in the 290's. I don't not ever take pics but she made me. I cried when she emailed me this picture. I didn't realize I looked like that. I'm never going back to that weight ever again.

Thank you all for posting your pics and telling a little about your stories.
You are all so beautiful! And you look so healthy...beautiful skin, hair, etc. So many of you started out about the same weight as I did. It really makes me realize I can do this too! Even when I am only losing 1 Lb. a week. Or none that week to keep going.
