Everyone here looks great!! Keep up the great work! I am so inspired now. I had done calorie counting in the past and had some success. I had started in March 2010 at 232 and ended in Jul 2010 at 204. I have since fell off the wagon and had no motivation to start again. I also gained some weight back and am now 215. But after seeing these pics, Im excited again and ready!! Will be buying a notebook later to start my counting tomorrow. And I cant wait to post pics!

Hi all -
I wanted to post my photos since I just took new ones today!!!
These span over about 11 months - the first were taken pre-January - but I didn't start losing weight until around January - so I qualify them as January photos
so from left to right it is january, June 2010, Sept 2010, Nov 2010. It is a 40 pound weight loss - 215, 196, 184, 174 - and I couldn't believe the size of my mid-section when I looked again at the january ones. Also my thighs are becoming a lot smaller - which I am so happy with - but so are my boobs - not as happy Also I started buying size medium clothes in some things - even pants - so surprising, since I don't remember the last time I could do this!!!
Sorry I chopped off my head to protect some of my privacy - but there is weight loss there and in my chin too Enjoy!

I decided to do a 'during' picture! I don't have a pic of me at my highest but this was me right after I started calorie counting and then today! Sorry for the no makeup bedhead. lol




I know its not that big of a loss but I can see a difference and that makes me happy. Though the angle on the current ones suck since I was using a self timer instead of making my husband do it.
