Congrats to all of you ladies!! YOU'RE AMAZING!! I kept saying wow over and over again!! You renew my faith, and I've noticed that it took "time" to lose the weight ... it just didn't fall off in 3-4 months! But from your pictures, I see the loss in inches!! BRAVA!!

I love this thread - the pics are SO inspiring - BUT - I would LOVE, love, LOVE to hear the details, i.e., what number of calories you used, what exercise you did, average weight loss per week, etc. THAT would be great! I began calorie counting on 1/3 and have thus far lost 6 pounds, so I KNOW it works - however, I will admit there are some days (like today) that it just seems so sloooowww and I need SOMETHING to motivate me. Today this thread did that - but I need MORE! I have a friend doing **agenix and her loss is so rapid - and while I was somewhat *tempted* to try it - I know in the long term it is NOT what I need. So please, if ya'll can share the details - I would so greatly appreciate it! I need the motivation!

This first picture is me at my heaviest. It was at my aunt's wedding a few years ago and I honestly didn't think I was this big. I remember it was a May wedding and it was very hot out and I kept sweating and sweating even though the reception was inside. Duh. Maybe it's because I had 100 extra pounds on me from what is considered a normal weight/BMI for someone my size.

This second picture is me now after losing 80 pounds, and I am shooting to lose another 25-30 pounds. I started calorie counting this month after being in maintenance for a year and realizing that just exercising wasn't doing much for me.

WOW!!!! You carry your weight well...you look much thinner (this is why I hate scales...they don't always tell the truth!)

You've done GREAT! Congrats!
