9/12: 45 min playground + treadmill
9/13: Pushed a double stroller around Busch Gardens for 9 hours. Let's just call it 120 min of exercise.
9/14: 60 min walking
9/15: Hmmm...don't remember.
9/16: 45 min strength workout
9/17: 45 min treadmill/swimming
9/18: Another Busch Gardens day...this one also included climbing rope mazes with my son...what a workout. 120 min
9/19: Travel...nothing.
9/20: 90 min bike ride...what a beautiful day!
Whoa. The last time I posted was 9/3/09. Time flies!
I've had a few pitfalls this month. I hurt my hip/knee in a class that was perhaps a bit too advanced for me... as well as being badly run, in my not so humble opinion. Any instructor that insists you call him a B@st@rd obviously has no clue what fitness is about. *eyeroll*
Then I got an oh so lovely rash from the pool or graveyard band-aid as I think of it. Ick. Between not being able to sit at a computer for very long thanks to my injury or sleep thanks to the rash being sooooo itchy, plus a bunch of other unrelated stuff I haven't been around to post much. Fun! I have kept at my goals as much as I could though.
Exercise 9/4 through 9/18 = 982 Minutes
9/19 Master Blast Class = 75 Minutes
9/20 Weights, Treadmill, Swimming = 65 Minutes (first time swimming since rash - water still itchy, so now I'll wait until the end of this week to try again. Grrr!)
= 1122
