Thursday: Walking 60 Minutes + 60 Minutes Swimming Laps + 60 Minutes Billiards = 180 Minutes
Friday: 120 Minutes swimming in Lake Tahoe (Against Waves! I stayed in the sun too long and got burned. boo!)
Saturday: 60 Minutes Aquafit + 10 Minutes Swimming Laps + Walking 120 Minutes around downtown Reno all day and into the next + 20 Minutes of Dancing at a Night Club = 210 Minutes
Sunday: 60 Bowling
Wednesday through Sunday = 600
Personal For Month of August: 918 + 600 = 1518 Minutes
Goal for Month = 2200 Minutes

Really? I used to do 30 minutes but recently I feel that wasn't enough.
Well, I think I'll try my best without exerting myself.
Anyway, yesterday's :
Wii fit - Step - 60 min
Wii fit - Super Hoop - 10 min
Wii fit - basic run - 5 min
and today's :
walking around the house - 60 min
Total : 135 min out of 1000 Group Total : 9059 + 135 min = 9194 min
