300+ Awesome in August Exercise Thread!!

  • 60 min at the gym today...cardio/abs/stretching

    Personal: 45 + 60 = 105

    Group: 300 + 60 = 360
  • 35 min on the elliptical
    15 min weights and abs
    total: 50 min

    Personal: 50+40= 90
    Group: 360+50= 410

    Gonna try to go for a walk at the park with my fur kids before it rains
  • Took a day off yesterday, as I was in the ER all night with my boyfriend. Luckily, he's okay now!

    Today:
    -60 mins swimming/water sports
    -30 mins Wii Fit
    -10 mins Hand Weights

    Personal Goal: 100/1,500 mins.

    Group Total: 410 + 100 = 510
  • walked at the park with the fur-kids!

    45+90=135/1500 personal

    510+45=555 group total
  • 30 day shred on August 1 and 2

    24 + 24 = 48

    555 + 48 = 603 Group Total
  • 60 min walk!

    Group total ~ 603 + 60 = 663 min
  • This month I will have a house guest for 10 days. I'm not sure how much exercise I'll be able to get in, but I'm going to try to get in 400 minutes in during that time. For the rest of the month I will try to get 600 minutes in per week. So my goal will be 2200 minutes for the month of August.

    Sunday: 70 minutes Swimming Laps

    Personal For Month of August: 70 Minutes
    Goal for Month = 2200 Minutes

    Group: 663 + 70 = 733 minutes
  • Group - 733 + 105 = 838

    Yoga - 30 minutes
    Walking - 45 minutes

  • 90 min walk today (what GORGEOUS weather!)

    Personal: 50+90 = 140

    Group: 838 + 90 = 928
  • 40 min on treadmill

    Group total ~ 928 + 40 = 968 min
  • Back to it after taking most of last week off. So, 30 mins walking this morning and 67 mins strength training in the afternoon.

    Group total: 968 + 97 = 1,065
  • Got quite a bit in today again. :]

    -20 mins Hand Weights
    -5 mins Resistance Bands
    -90 mins Walking
    Total: 115 mins.

    Personal Goal: 215/1,500 mins.

    Group Total: 1,065 + 115 = 1,180
  • Group - 1180 + 70 = 1250

    Aerobics - 30 minutes
    Walking - 40 minutes

    Personal - 280/1200
  • Treadmill 35min, Stretching and abs 10 min, mowing the lawn 20 min=65min

    Personal: 155/1500
    Group: 65+1250=1315
