    I...don't have a specific goal currently, but I would like to watch and take note of my own amount of exercising.

    so..15 days. maybe 900 minutes or 1000? Would love to try.

  • Welcome, Trefle! You don't need a goal, but DO record your minutes as you do them! 1000 min would be a lot for me in 15 days, and may be a lot if you're just getting started, but it's a good goal for others.

    Saturday: 60 Minutes Aquafit + 10 Minutes Swimming Laps + Walking 120 Minutes around downtown Reno all day and into the next + 20 Minutes of Dancing at a Night Club = 210 Minutes
    Sunday: 60 Bowling

    Wednesday through Sunday = 600

    Personal For Month of August: 918 + 600 = 1518 Minutes
    Goal for Month = 2200 Minutes

    Group: 8459 + 600 = 9059 minutes

    Really? I used to do 30 minutes but recently I feel that wasn't enough.
    Well, I think I'll try my best without exerting myself.

    Anyway, yesterday's :
    Wii fit - Step - 60 min
    Wii fit - Super Hoop - 10 min
    Wii fit - basic run - 5 min
    and today's :
    walking around the house - 60 min

    Total : 135 min out of 1000
    Group Total : 9059 + 135 min = 9194 min
  • 90 mins (60 + 30) walking today in the Niagara area - way too hot of a day to be doing this!
