  • Day 9 of 20 done. Hopped on the treadmill today. Some walking, some walking on an incline (varied it between 3 and 7), some running (not very fast, 4.5/4.6mph) - 33 min. total. I really need to get on this thing more and get back to running on it. I find running easier than walking fast but never seem to have to motivation to get on it. Weird. The fact that I deleted my run playlist off of my ipod probably has something to do with that. Sometimes the body just needs a really good cardio workout.

    Not sure on the doggies walk today . . . kinda miserable out. We'll see, maybe later.

    Jan 2 - Strength exercises (upper body, lower body and abs; 50 minutes) + stretching and 10 min walk
    Jan 3 - 1.5 mile walk/jog + mountain climbers, calf raises and planks (35 min total)

    Xtreme Upper Body workout w/Chris Freytag, 40 min. Going to take the dogs out for a walk soon. It's bloody freakin' cold and windy out and I HATE walking in this weather but they didn't have walkie yesterday. If it's too much I'll likely just do a mile walk, 15-20 min tops.
