A lot of you are doing so great!!! Whooooo!!!! So happy for you all!

Way to go, Zoesmom on the 55lbs gone!

Congrats on making your goal challenge, Leaves!!! How awesome!

Sum38, Congrats on your 2lbs down!

on making goal, Jessicado!

Warrior- Thanks for the heads-up with the spreadsheet! You're doing great with this challenge!

2Fat2Jump- How are you doing/feeling now with your neck, etc?

I made a backup copy of the spreadsheet challenge should anyone feel inclined to edit it again.

I've been doing okay food and workout-wise. Much better than last week for sure so that's improvement. I just wish I was as vigilant on getting healthier/losing weight as I was at 226 and my restart at 180. At least I am still here trying and this will be the first summer where I will not give up!

I woke up at 330 this am after having gone to bed at 8pm, grrr. Have a great day, everyone!

REALLY??? Someone was so spiteful to delete it? What is wrong with people??? -- I think it is okay to disagree time to time, but to do something that malicious?

Thanks for restoring it Leaves and amandie making a back up copy.

Makes me really sad!!

Under "file" there is a option to see revision history...if Amadie feels like doing some digging.

Good morning all ! I'm down 2 pounds this week . I was almost certain I'd stall or even gain after last weeks 4 pound loss. I'm so happy i didn't ! Wonderful job with the losses so far this week ! congratulations everyone.

Wow, I wonder what happened with the spreadsheet? Hopefully it was an accident and not the work of some mean person. That would be terrible !

Congratulations to everyone who had losses this week! I'm proud of all of you and very impressed . I would do personal shout outs, but it seems that nearly everyone accomplished something. This group is really rocking it!!

I am trying to not feel too bummed this morning -- my weigh-in wasn't great. I was hoping for another big loss since the numbers on the scale really seemed to be going down last week, but it seems like I'm stalling a bit, even though I've been really careful about counting what i eat and taking walks after work. It's especially frustrating since I'm ONE pound away from the 140's, but I guess I'm just hitting a slow spot and am going to have to suck it up and wait it out. Hoping it's temporary! Any tips for jump starting yourself out of a plateau?

Good luck to everybody on weigh-in day

Wow, it looks like there was a lot of weight loss and a lot of drama over the last few days.

Congrats to:

Tibbits2u, 4 lbs last week and 2 lbs this week? That's amazing!

Zoesmom, I am so impressed with your 55 lb loss, that is phenomenal!

Leaves and jessicado, Congrats on meeting your challenge goals, and in record time! You guys are inspiring!

Sum38, well done on the 2lb loss!

Thanks for everyone who spotted and helped out with the spreadsheet drama, hopefully that won't happen again.

I weighed this morning and was exactly the same as last week. Not thrilled about it. I know it's looked down upon and advised against but I might weigh again when I get home from work... just to see. I had a pretty big meal pretty late last night and I am wondering if that is contributing to my lack of loss (and my excuse for why weighing again later today might be an okay idea...).

In any case, I am finally able to fit into my favorite pair of jeans, so that's one victory

I'm going to write personals a tad later...but thanks for the kudos on the poundages lost.

I would like to assume the spreadsheet fiasco was purely accidental. That being said, it has become obvious to me over the last couple of days, I may have too innocent a heart and assume the best of people when they are actually rather two faced and dirty deeded and truly don't deserve to have such a leniency. So, I may very well be wrong. I just would like to hope I am not.

I told that witch that she better visit everyone!!! Congrats!!!

And this whole thing about the spreadsheet really makes me angry. There are some rude, spiteful people around here and I'm not sure what their point is. I'd like to think it was an accident but if it has to be done line by line, eff them. This place isn't the same lately. Lots of trolls hiding behind their computer screens.

Congratulations to all with losses.

The scale seems to be going in the right direction for me, also. (Saying this very quietly, so as not to irritate the scale fairy.)

Seize the day, I know how you feel, I had a similar experience this week. I guess we just need to keep on truckin' and stay positive. The hard work has to pay off at some point
