Amandie, congrats on your loss!!! It seemed like that 166/165 number had been taunting you. Glad you kicked it to the curb! Haha

Leaves, whenever I know I have a higher caloric meal ahead, I’ll eat a smaller amount of calories the day before and/or the day after I’ll work out a little bit more. Not sure if that’s the best way to handle it but it seems to work for me. Happy birthday to your Grandma! Enjoy your day.

P.S. I miss Elvis too. I hope she’s doing well.

Hard to believe there are only 2 weeks left until the 4th of July. I can’t believe how fast this challenge has gone.

It's TOM so I've decided not to weigh in this week.
I'm just going to put in the same weight as last week - because if I put a dash it will annoy me - I hate seeing blank spaces.

I am so not weighing today. I have decided I am extending my scale break from a few days to a week or longer. I wasn't completely OP last weekend due to ovarian cysts having a grand old time with my body, so I carb loaded and didn't exercise. I am back on track now, but I'd rather not know the damage from last week. I know me. It will only depress me, which will derail me. So, better to not know, stay on track, and check in next week.

Same here.....not weighing in today. Had really fattening food the other night at the ballgame and still trying to get rid of that extra water weight. So I will wait till next week to record my weight!

Hope everyone has smashing weigh ins today. And for those who don't -- you'll kick rear next week!

2fat2jump -- We can do it! Whatever this mental block is, we can get through it this time. I know this is all too exhausting to continue to do over and over again! No more slipping into old habits And congrats on the iced coffee over ice cream! I hate those TOM cravings....blech.

amandie, zoesmom, seize the day and thnknthin1 -- ladies, you got this! I know that I am amazed sometimes when I use fitday and see how many calories stuff adds up to be. It really is a lifesaver!

Ha ha, well guess I spoke too soon - amandie, congrats on breaking through!!! So close to those 150s!

Leaves -- 138... Holy crap that is awesome!!! Even in my wildest dreams I don't ever dream of being 138. You are doing so awesome!

zoesmom -- That's a really positive outlook (not weighing in this week). Sometimes it is better not to know...and hopefully next week will rock so you have that to look forward too!

As for me, apparently that plateau felt really sorry for me this week, because I am down to 202! Freaking 202! That is 7 pounds this week! I wouldn't believe it, except the scale did say 203 yesterday, and I weighed myself twice this morning and both times it said 201.8. Tried on my goal pants today, and I can get them on and zipped! (We won't talk about the muffin top, lol). Come on Onederland...here I come!

Speaking of which -- CONGRATS IAN on reaching that 199!!!! Freaking awesome!

Wow, Jessica- You're doing fantastic!!! You're catching up to Mr. One-derland! Thanks, it was such a nice surprise this am especially I had rice boiled in broth and a lotta salt last night for dinner.
