Ok. 2 more busy days in this week. Today was 20 min on the eliptical. I can't seem to do more. Tomorrow I will have time for upper/lower body and abs in the morning and them 20 min on the eliptical after the kids get home from school.

Sanity, Cool so I've been doing okay then. I do like actual classes though when I did go.
It's 9:30 and I'm thinking about playing xbox....ZUMBA...lol! I know I shouldn't cause I'll get all sweaty again. I think I will do a stretch workout though cause I can feel the tightness coming on.
Yesterday was 75 minutes of yoga. I signed up for a class of 5 max and was the only one who showed. So it was a private lesson, which was great. I realized how I don't push myself...I am sore today (and happy).
Sanity, that had to be sweet to have the instructor all to yourself.

Adaem, thinking about you. Do you get some stretching in to help get the kinks out during your busy time?
I'm not sure if I'll get a workout in today. Why? I like to do my food shopping on friday after work. Also, my mommie may be with me this weekend which means I will have to pick her up. More time out of my evening for this trip of about 90 minutes. I haven't ruled it out completely as I would normally do. I will have to see later.
Well today I thought I could make time for excersize but I didn't. Shame on me. Tomorrow is my last busy day but the funniest. Scrap booking with friends all day! Even though I have had a very busy week I still have managed to lose another 2 lbs!! Not doing anything drastic. Just paying close attention to my portions. Tonight we had Chinese so I will have some water weight to get rid of. Other than that I am feeling pretty good.
Philly, go for it! I have heard nothing but good things about this DVD, so far I really like it too. I hurt everywhere this morning, especially my buns and thighs.
I am still sore from Thursday's yoga class (!). I figure, if I'm this sore from yoga practice despite the fact that I've been going to the gym, I'm going to focus on a daily yoga practice - Saturdays off - and see what happens. I'm also recommitting to my clean eating, 'cause the scale has inched up 2 pounds. I have a feeling it's water weight, but it's a reminder to me that I have to keep vigilant. Surprisingly though, when I saw myself in the mirror this morning my body looks smaller - upper body tighter, so I'll hold on to that.
