Good afternoon! Well 4 days of water arobics so far, 1 more day to go. and I did circuit training 3 days. I didnt do circuit training today because I worked out on a acua stepper in the water which i am falling in love with. Hope everyone is doing good. I weighed this afternoon at the gym and I was 254.0 and calories is 983 so far. so I got about 217 to go. Everyone seems to be doing great with the challenge and I know we can all do this. When your moving your groving. I plan to stay on target this month. I did for thanksgiving so I believe I can do this for christmas too. I do have a christmas party on the 13th but it will be a healthy one for TOPS. Then the 19th we have a church party and that will be a challenge but I think I can handle it. bye for now

Just a quick check in.....Ordered propane late (LOL) So had to have the heat turned low On 68 Cause I thought it would take a few days to get here & I didn't wanna run out~which was not horrible but with my asthma or whatever it is I was complaining while everyone else was fine til they brought it today~the day after I ordered so we would have been fine anyways~(GOOFY ME) So no weigh in 2day I was cold at 68~I know I am nutty...With "TOM" I am thrilled to wait til tomorrow anyways.
I was ordering Christmas & it clicked ~OMG U need to check your propane ~LMBO~Thats what I was forgetting I kept thinking I was forgetting something~OH Well at least all ended well.Seems like I always forget the important stuff til last UGH!
Anyways.....off to FB~Just wanted to say I hope all is well with everyone~STAY STRONG & STAY WARM! HUGS Y'all!

Well, I'm on workout restrictions for six weeks officially now - my physical therapist said so. But I can ride the recumbent bike, swim and do some pool walking, so I guess that's better than nothing. I can also strength train everything but my left leg!

Food today has been good so far. Evenings are the worst though - it's cold, dark, and I'm bored with TV. Every time I want to eat something and I know it's not true hunger, I'm trying to get up and walk around my house for a couple of minutes - just to take my mind off wanting to mindlessly eat. Why is this so hard sometimes?!

Had 3500 calories today, I really wanted a pig out day, since I've been OP for 6 days strait. I maintained at 108.2lbs for 3 days strait. My body won't go below 108 anymore, so I felt it was pointless to stay OP today anyway. But , now I'll gain. Oh well, back on track tomorrow!

I got my exercise in, which was a struggle given that I have some sort of eye infection and am not supposed to wear contacts - but I couldn't go on the treadmill with my glasses and I can't see well enough to do anything without aiding my vision, so I put the contacts in just long enough to go on the treadmill, shower and run some errands. Now I have some eye drops and I'm hoping my eye heals up soon - I hate going out with my glasses and I'm meant to be going out for dinner tonight. Urgh.

Hey ladies! Hope everyone is fine! I am OP for 4 straight days...I really think this is a new record for me and it feels GREAT! Bootcamp is kicking my butt (as usual) but I am trying to give it my all and stick with the whole 3-week mini-camp. I have been eating (relatively) well and staying withing my calorie range. My daily weigh-ins are frustrating; I know what's going on: working out, sore muscles retaining water, muscle weighs, blah blah blah but I just want to be out of the 240's FOREVER and it's like my body loves to be in the 240's and I want out dangit! lol. Well I just wanted to vent/whine about it. Again.

I'm eating within my calories range every day, and tracking. And planning so I have a good lunch at work. I've been keeping up my workouts, not as crazy as last week but still steady and tomorrow I'm going biking.

It's a frosty morning here in the northland...-9 on my car thermometer when I pulled into work today!

My WI this morning went well enough. I'm still 198.something, so I must have worked off whatever I gained over TG weekend (I didn't want to look until today!) I'm actually the lowest of my three 198.something WI's...first one (when I first got to onederland) was 198.4, then it went up a bit the day before Thanksgiving to 198.6, and now I'm down to 198.2. Onward and downward!!

Getting to 194 by December 23rd (which will be my last WI for this challenge as I will be out of town until New Years), should be do-able! I am determined to stay OP! We can do this!!

Northern - When I saw you were the last post I was excited to see if you were deeper in ONEderland and you are!!! YAY!!

Yesterday ended much better than the day before. I ended it at 1700 calories after burning 842 on the eliptical. Today I'm planning to stay under 1500 with the same calorie burn. I want to dial down my intake so that I loose more weight. We will see what the day brings.

I hit a new all-time low: 238.6!!!!!!!! I can't remember having seen that number anytime, so I am very excited. Anyway, this weekend is jam-packed with parties (i.e. food and drinks) and I just really want to stay within some sort of range that won't kill me. I know I can squeeze another pound out of this IF I can be good this weekend. Pray for me.

Northern Exposure- Woohoo for Onderland and similar goals and BOOOO to cold weather. My car was frosted over too this morning, i didn't look at the temperature, I didn't want to know. It was/is COLD!!! Supposed to get our first accumulating snowfall of the season tonight. fun.

Meanwhile I did pretty all week! I stepped on the scale and was at 195.2! So I guess it took a week to get rid of whatever damage/water rentention aunt flow and thanksgiving gave me. I think I may just leave my goal where it is though since .5 lb a week is my usual rate. Anything more than that is bonus!

The past two days were so bad, my calories are a whole weeks worth in two days! I have been baking & eating lots of candy and cookies. I hate December! I'll gain alot of water weight this time, so tomorrow i have to get back OP.

Good evening. Hope everyone's day was better than mine. It's really been bad but i still got my 120 minutes of water arobics today and the calories 1259. Just keep up the hard work everyone and I will try to do my best to do the same.
