I dropped another pound! 187! That makes 3 pounds since Saturday, which is great since I had been stuck at 190 for...EVER. I decided to change up my routine and actually eat slightly more calories, and that seemed to finally get me over that hump - at least so far. But now the scale goes in the closet for a while. I need to stop weighing every day...I feel like an addict. lol

Woohoo! So I took megwini's new year's challenge of weighing myself this morning and I was at 183.4. This is so great. I feel I was a tad dehydrated though so that may have something to do with it. Either way, it felt good to see that number. Have also changed my goal from 17O to 169. lol. Just to see the 16O's. :P

I need to get out of the 180s. I have been in them for so long now. I even hit 190 christmas eve! I am down to 183.9! I am praying to see the 170s. I will be so happy and feel so accomplished!!!

anyone else currently trying to get out of the 180s??

I hit 187 this morning. I'm pretty dang happy about it. I thought the 190's were never going to end!

wow, Mikayla, congrats! You're almost halfway through the 180's and you just got here. I'm sure you'll fly on out in no time.

As for me, weighed in today at 185.8. Again, down 1.6 more lbs. I'd be okay with losing at this rate, so long as its steady. Would love to be 180 at most on V-day.

yeah i've been mid 180s since like july/august then i got as high as 190 christmas eve and thats when i went on my diet. day after christmas! you guys are going so good that you have come this far already! i'm really hoping around 175 for v-day! congrats to both of you...well all of you!!!

We can totally do it! Iheartmyboys, I have also been in the 180's far too long. For a very long time I hovered at 188-192. No more though. I am determined to keep dropping and getting the heck out of here. I was in the 190's for nearly two years. No more messing around. Its go time! lol.

My body keeps jumping between 181 and 183. I'm hoping to just get the heck out of the 180's by the 27th.
