THANKS to everyone for posting your weigh-in in a timely manner. Boy, it's a really a big fiasco now with no shows team-wise and player-wise.

I've been crazy ON POINT these last few days which is great for weight loss but also really hard! I went to bed starving and finally caved and ate a banana at midnight because I couldn't sleep. It feels impossible that I'll ever get used to it. I really hope I do though!

The bad week really turned me back in the right direction. I hope I can keep it up and lose my 5.1 lbs! So far I've lost 1.1 in two days so... it's looking like I could lose 4 more in 12 days.

How is everyone?

Well done Blackbeltchica!!! (and Joyra for all that maths!!)

Hope everyone has had as great day.

I've not brilliant with food today. I forgot to take my lunch in today so had to buy it there and then had a really stress afternoon and ate chocolate I have an all day meeting including lunch tomorrow so will have to see what if anything healthy is on offer.

My main worry though is that I woke up to snow this morning so am hoping it will be gone by tomorrow. My town is not used to snow and grinds to halt at the slightest sign of a snowflake. I don't want to be late again because people can't drive in snow.

Hey everyone,

Congrats Blackbeltchica on your win this week.

I am having an awful week. My TOM has brought me down i feel like I weight a ton more than when we started. I have not exercised since sunday and it is snowing like crazy here.

I am determined to get to the gym today!!!!!!!

I hope everyones having a better week than I am.

Hey everyone,

I am having a GREAT week! I have kept my calories between 1300-1450, worked out 30-65 minutes a day and have lost about half a lb a day. It's hard... I daydream about bar food and curries and cookies 'n' cream ice cream. But I'm very much on track and it's paying off. I even crawled out of bed 45 minutes early to go to the gym today. I can't reiterate what HARD WORK this is. Every time I choose something healthy is a struggle. Every time I turn on a workout video or put on my shoes to go to the gym, it's a struggle. But somehow I've accomplished it. I'm so glad there's an actual payoff... nothing worse than trying hard and getting nothing out of it.

Anyways... you can do it everyone! I've done it and I'm a poster child for laziness and glutton.

So far this week I've lost 1.6 lbs.

How's it going Blues?

Thanks to a terrible school lunch, I had room for ice cream and beer yesterday. Yum. Still stayed under 1400 calories.

I am worried about the weekend. My amazing on-point week thus far has depended on a light breakfast and lunch. With the weekend, I can eat more substantial meals earlier and sometimes that spells trouble for dinner. Dinner is always my big meal. Plus there's more of an opportunity for restaurants. Anyways, hang tough this weekend! I'll be thinking of you guys in order to avoid going overboard.

Hello everyone,

i hope everyone is doing good, we've been a little quiet lately. i have been doing great on the exercise thing these last two days. my goal is to finish out the week everyday at least 30 minutes.

Hey Blues,

Well, Friday I wasn't on point. I ate fast food & chocolate and my calories were 1850, with just walking for exercise. Yesterday I also ate a little higher than normal, I was right at 1500 but I did a good amount of exercise. However, between Saturday AM and this morning I've gained almost 3 lbs. In one day. So I don't know what that's about but if it's true I'll be at a 0 loss for the week. I've been losing all week and got myself down to 160.6 but... I guess we'll see tomorrow! Just warning you.

How's the weekend for the rest of you?

Don't forget to weigh in Monday morning! Just two weigh-ins left!

This week: 161.7
Difference: -1.1

Ugh! I really wish the weigh-in was Friday! Both this week and last week I hit my lowest weight on Friday and then the weekend pushed me back up. This weekend wasn't even too bad, I ate 1500 calories each day and had about an hour of exercise plus I was really active all day. I think I ate a lot of sodium and TOM is coming. I really wanted to lose that 8.3 lbs by the end and as of right now I've lose 4.3. Can I lose 4 lbs in a week? I guess if I keep it up what I've been doing, ditch TOM and don't eat a grain of salt.

Please weigh-in on time, everybody! Thank you!

I weighed in at 235.4 today. I am sorry . i do not know what is wrong with my body. I have been working very hard to help my team but my hard work is not paying off!!!!! Well that is no gain at least. This week i am going to go stronger!

Hi Blues sorry I've not been about. Life is just a bit busy right now. Can't wait till Christmas for a break!

I'm down 171 so thats a 1 pound loss. Fell completely off the wagon at the start of last week but managed to pull it all back and was on track from Thursday so glad I didn't do too much damage.

Hope you are all well. I'll hopefully get on here a bit more this week.

I checked her post log and she hasn't posted on the site since the last weigh-in... maybe her life is too busy right now. Anyways, I'll give her a couple more hours and post the numbers without hers if she doesn't show up by then. I'll just give her a 0 for the week. Though if people don't show up for next week, the final weigh-in, I'll probably remove your numbers from the team totals... otherwise we're factoring in people's weights who didn't complete the challenge. So... WEIGH-IN NEXT WEEK!

I've already decide our team goal for next week: -5.5 lbs. Our team has lost 14.5 lbs so far, let's make it 20! Hopefully I lose 4 of those lbs and make my goal.

JOYRA: My life HAS been crazy busy!!!! I'm so sorry team. I went out of town for Thanksgiving and then, my parents came in town and have been here with me, but they're gone now.

My weight actually went up to 234.6. I don't know if I'm just too late or have thrown everything off or if we can just add it to next week to cancel it out. Incase we're at the bottom or something I understand if you want to vote me off. Again, I apologize.

Beaka, I'm happy to see you! I think it's too late to add to this week's total but we definitely don't want you off the team! Just do the best you can and we'll all hopefully have a great final weigh-in this coming Monday.

5.5 sounds like a good target. Hope we can all do it.

I have my work Christmas meal on Friday so will have to have a very good weekend to make up for it. Hopefully it will be dry so I can get out and do some walking. Its been really cold this week but nice and sunny so I want to get out and see some daylight. At this time of year its dark coming to and from work and its so depressing.
