Whoa blackbeltchica19 & motiv8me, that's some serious gym time you put in this weekend! I really wish my gym was open on Sundays... today I sat home all day, but I totally would've gone to the gym if I could. Anyways, way to go team!
Today was okay. I ate 1675 for calories. Not the best, but I'm hoping I overestimated the amount of pasta I ate, as I didn't measure and I had a lot of leftovers. I really wanted to skip a workout but I figured with tomorrow's weigh-in, I needed a "last chance workout." So I did the ENTIRE DVD of BL's Cardio Max. I guess you're supposed to do the whole thing by week 5. Well I did it on the first try. My form was not so great I'm thinking.... Jillian was by far the toughest.
I hope I can give you some good numbers for tomorrow. I'd love to drop that .5 kg, or even a whole one by tomorrow, but my confidence is not so high right now. I guess if I don't gain, it's still a loss.

I was hoping to drop 2 lbs. I'll use what I get in the morning as my official number. Even if I stay at 234 it's still a 1 lb drop for the week.
