    Whoa blackbeltchica19 & motiv8me, that's some serious gym time you put in this weekend! I really wish my gym was open on Sundays... today I sat home all day, but I totally would've gone to the gym if I could. Anyways, way to go team!

    Today was okay. I ate 1675 for calories. Not the best, but I'm hoping I overestimated the amount of pasta I ate, as I didn't measure and I had a lot of leftovers. I really wanted to skip a workout but I figured with tomorrow's weigh-in, I needed a "last chance workout." So I did the ENTIRE DVD of BL's Cardio Max. I guess you're supposed to do the whole thing by week 5. Well I did it on the first try. My form was not so great I'm thinking.... Jillian was by far the toughest.

    I hope I can give you some good numbers for tomorrow. I'd love to drop that .5 kg, or even a whole one by tomorrow, but my confidence is not so high right now. I guess if I don't gain, it's still a loss.

  • Hi everyone! I can't believe it is almost weigh in day. This week has gone so quickly. This challenge is helping so much. Everytime I feel like eating something I shouldn't I just think of you guys being so good that I don't so thanks for the motivation!!

    I ended up not doing 30DS yesterday as I was just so tired by the end of the day. I had a really good nights sleep which is really unusual for me so it probably did me just as much good. I'll definitely do it tonight though.

    I'm off to the cinema today to see the new bond film. Hopefully now its been out a few weeks it shouldn't be too busy. I've just eaten a massive salad and am stuffed so there will be no popcorn or ice cream for me.
  • Ok... so I did a weigh in this morning and it's not looking too good. It was at 234. I was hoping to stay at 233. I had TOM this week, but that's over. Myabe it's a water thing. I worked out really hard this week. I was hoping to drop 2 lbs. I'll use what I get in the morning as my official number. Even if I stay at 234 it's still a 1 lb drop for the week.

    Beaka Do not feel bad i usually gain 5 pounds during my TOM. I also heard that you could hold that water in for up to a week after your TOM. SO you may not see your true results until sometime nextweek. But it will probably be more than you expected , if you keep doing what your doing. That has happened to me before several times, just give it some time.

    Joyra Thanks. I cannot believe that i have got so much time in at the gym this week. Yesterday was the first time i have played racquetball and my husband and I had a BLAST!!!!!

    I am a little confused is today weigh in day, or is it tomorrow?
    I got on the scale this morning and i am down 3.2 pounds!!!!!!
    I was worried with all the bad eating I did this week, But my time in the gym paid off!

    i am definetly down for the Healthy Eating challenge and the Exercise Challenge I will take on 30 minutes a day. And if I can Stick to the healthy challenge I should do wonderfully next week . I am Pumped Up and so Motivated!!!!

    Don't worry I gain up to 8lbs during that time...and you should be really proud of yourself that despite it being that time you still lost a pound. Way to go!
  • Okay here's my official weigh-in numbers:

    Starting weight: 166
    Current weight: 163.9
    Difference: -2.1

    I actually leaped out of bed, I was so excited to weigh-in.. but alas, I was stuck at this same weight I've been at pretty much all week. I was really hoping for another .5 kg (1.1 lbs) but it wasn't to be... hopefully next week! My calorie average was 1750 this week.

    I think it would be great if everyone posted a goal or a few for this week. Here's mine:
    1. Calorie average below 1700.
    2. No ice cream or Halloween candy (the H candy will be hard!)
    3. 40 minutes of exercise a day or 280 minutes over the week.

    I'd love to lose 1-1.5 kg (2.2-3.3 lbs) but I guess we'll see what my body thinks about this idea.

  • Mxgirl737, if you want to weigh in Monday AM, you can join us for the rest of the challenge. On Monday please give post your weight and your OVERALL goal weight (not just the goal for the challenge). We'll form the new numbers for Week 2.

  • Blackbeltchica19 - A loss is a loss! For a person that's been stuck between 168-164 for more than 3 months (and still is), any loss is impressive in my book.

    Well Monday is just starting for the rest of you and ending for me. It was an okay day. I had leftovers for breakfast which I think is a bad decision--it was about 600 calories right there and I was stuffed. Which meant after work when I was starving, I ate dinner and wanted more but didn't have many calories left. I acted like a 4 year old, telling my boyfriend how I wanted to eat ramen (he said, no don't do it, we're going on vacation and you should stick to your diet) and I whined "but I really really really want it!!!" Instead I had some dark chocolate and saved myself 225 calories.

    Calories for the day: About 1600
    Exercise: 30 minutes on DDR, 300 calories burned. I atrociously danced to the higher level songs, effectively failing all attempts but still burned up to 30 calories per 1.5 minute song. So 30/280 minutes so far this week.

    I'm going to bed. I'll report all our numbers when I wake up.

    Down 1 pound. I had TOM this week too. Wish I could have lost more.

    Glad to see all our numbers are lower than last week. Well done everyone!

    Just remembered that I weighed in this morning but have completely forgotten to post till now (after lunch!!). This morning I weighed 172 pounds which means I Iost 4 pounds. It won't be like that next week though as I always get big number on my first full week of being OP.

    Did we decide on anything for a challenge. I think focusing on exercise would be a good one.

    As for me, I didn't eat breakfast. My stomach has been feeling kinda funny. So I did have a Sprite this morning. When I get to work, my boss had left us each a loaf of some fancy baked bread (more cake than bread, if you ask me). So I just ate a piece of that. I have no idea how many calories are in it. Plus, it's raining here so I just ate most of a can of Chef Boyardee I have in my office. Even though I've had a lot of calories so far, I don't expect to take in too many more. I'm going home and getting in the bed. Maybe it's just that seasons changing/rainy day kinda funk.

    I'll probably go to the gym later though.
  • Yes was still the same for me this morning. I am at 233.8. That's 3.2 pounds this week.
