Alright well I said I was only going to eat 2 servings of sugar this week, and today I ate my 4th! Basically the stress is getting to me...but here is today:

OK, for another day, I am vowing to get back OP. But since tomorrow is Monday, I think I might actually be able to do it this time.
OH maaaaaaaan, I just remembered that my supervisor is taking us to breakfast tomorrow. I don't feel very hopeful about staying OP anymore!
B: ?????? maybe they'll have oatmeal???? or fresh fruit? stay strong, s, no need for more fried stuff!

=27/27 somehow. Weird day though. I'm having trouble staying OP lately...

So, yesterday did in fact become a day of eating breakfast out (there were honestly no healthy options, so i ordered an omelet so at least i could get in veggies):
B: omelet, 1 pc rye toast, 1/2 the serving of homefries. ????
Then, I snacked on mini cookies until dinner!
D: WW pasta w. lots of veggies
S: popcorn
TODAY:
B: 4 pt cereal
L: ??? a training at work, who knows what they'll serve.
D: leftovers from last night? froz meal? 6ish pts.
