Enjoyed a hot n' sweaty boxfit class with my 16 year old daughter at my local leisure centre last night.
Scale moved again this morning so hoping to get myself that 7lb award next Tuesday... keep on track and hopefully see a couple of lb loss is my goal.

I'm working today which is good for limiting my eating as don't get much break.

I was treated for depression initially but the drugs send me psychotic... litereally! lol not pretty. Hope your meds work for you and weight loss helps too

Purple well done on the work out hun.

I am about 3 weeks ( I think ) in to a 12 week course

I am excited to be god mother.. to TWINS too... I am already god mother to her other little boy So sweet

Hope work was ok?

I have had a bad day mental healthy wise and had to see my care co idnatior my voices have been out of control binged last night so not holding out for a loss tomorrow and we are having a kebab tonight ( no pitta bread)

Am at 8200 steps on my fitbit

Hope you enjoy your kebab Topsy. Sorry you're hearing voices but glad your care coordinator is contactable.

Work was good, but am finding myself getting more anxious, not with any cause really. I only do 2 days, but the first 3 weeks I had an extra shift each week, and now I've not been having it, I have been thinking it's because I'm not doing well, but not had any feedback to say this. So hoping it passes and trying to remember I'm doing more hours than my contract at the moment even just doing 2 days.

I booked a week sunday off so we can go to a party - friend of the families son who is close to my middle girl. All the family will be going and planning to go swimming before the party. I can't go swimming with the girls at the quietest time now due to work so a day off is a good chance.

Work went well - trying to have a relaxing day today as my head is full of self doubt over losing weight this week and the pressure of a weigh in. 4 days till weigh in - have been eating on plan so I'm not doing anything wrong, just feeling anxious (damn my brain).

heading back to bed as been awake with overflowing thoughts.

Hope everyone is doing ok. and good luck to anyone weighing in today.

I am 21. 11 1/2 so lost a bit since coming home from hols

Kebab with just chicken and salad was yummy

Yep my care co is really good I am lucky.

Purple well done at work... I am sure you are doing really well hun

Enjoy swimming and the party hun.

Hope you got some rest... hate overflowing thoughts HUGS hun xxxx

Well done losing after your holidays that can really derail people so well done getting back on track

Been positive talking myself a bit this afternoon, having a good dinner (quorn, carrots and new potatoes).
Took our girls and dog for a walk with hubby to the duck pond with some bread - dog had a swim and my younger two kids scootered. Was a lovely walk - warm as it's hot today but really nice.
Little one has rainbows tonight so dinner is cooking..

bumpy couple of days mood wise, but scale moved again today and am being positive and looking forward to my SW group on Tuesday. Work day today to get out of the way first.

I'm so glad everyone is doing so well, good luck to those weighing in this week.

I went to a cider festival at the weekend - I did have some cider but avoided the burgers and hot dogs!!

Tired at work today as I had a night of unexplainable anxiety.....just Sunday night syndrome I think.....Yawn!!

Wow this thread has got busy! Sorry I missed it all, you all seem to be doing great .
Last week I was down half a lb. Not much but it's better than nothing. This week though is rapidly going down the pan I'm afraid. My son has got the chicken pox so I am house bound for now and sooooo bored which leads to my habit of eating just for something to do .
