Lost another 2lbs this week, making a total of 5lbs this month and I was away for the first 11 days. Just 1 more pound to get to 4 stone lost.

Default Anyone know where to buy alli?

Hi all,

I'm new here. Been following Slimming World for a couple of years, before that I was on a low-carb diet. Lost about 3 stone, but have pretty much stalled for the last year (also personal issues not helping such as death in the family). Am keen to get back in the saddle, but would like a kick start!!

Can anyone recommend a good place/website in the UK to buy Alli? I'm not in the range to be prescribed Xenical.

Thanks, and nice to get to know everyone.

Alli is not approved for sale in the UK.

Saw 230 on the scales yesterday morning, so have now reached 60lbs lost and am official half way to my original target. Granted I might reassess that when I get there (notice WHEN not IF). That last 10lb has come around much quicker than I expected as I had to fight hard for the previous 10.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

So glad to have found this site been looking for positive support for xenical all afternoon. Started xenical today although lost 10lbs over the last month not too bad for the time of year. Doctor said I had to make my New Year's Resolution early made me cry but I knew she was right and she is a good friend. Better visit today feeling positive but could do with some support.

Welcome, Mandy. There's a small number of regulars who post on this thread and I'm one. I've lost over 40lb on Xenical since the end of July and 23lb before that making a total of 64lb in 8 months. If you have any questions,no matter how personal, just ask away.

hi kitty and kim thanks for the welcome I see you are both from the same area. Been explaining being tangoed and lasagned to my 17 old twins at tea time. They didn't seem to find it too gross but I hope that sticking to a low fat diet will prevent it happening. Interested to know if you asked the doctor for xenical yourselves, my doctor offered it without me asking which made me think that she was really concerned about my weight. Your weight losses are really good. I am feeling really positive and am determined to shift the weight this time.

hi mandy
personally for me, the side effects are worth it. but i've never had any bad side effects that have been embarassing (so far) anyway. but i follow a controlled low fat diet. (supervised by hubby).
my GP is very friendly. wen i explained to him how unhappy i was with my weight, he suggested xenical. i started it beginning of september 2007 and i've never looked back. thats the only thing that is helping me with my weight. so far i hav lost about 24lbs (probably put a few pounds on over x-mas which is ok).
stick to xenical with a low fat diet and u will notice the difference.
its wonderful when u can start getting into smaller clothes.
keep it up.
take care.
