Today? Yesterday, I was embroiled in a family crisis. A visit with our pastor made things so much clearer. Prayer is sufficient. It's not up to me to intervene and set folks straight. Why would the warring parties listen to me anyhow?
He helped me to see that I have a lovely DH and family and life where MY focus should be.

I am this morning because I should have a short day at work and it is supposed to be a great day here.

And because I bought my wife, what I thought was a really cool t-shirt, and she loves it.

I'm smiling today because its gonna be almost 60 degrees out....much better than the -5 it was last week! We've broken free from the cube and fought our large window in our downtown Boston office open so we can enjoy it!

I'm today because I saw Junebug41's pictures from page 2 of this thread. She is so lovely and I hate her because of her dimples. Junebug41, you've done a wonderful job and you should be very proud of yourself.

I'm today because boobalah realized that since I've taken this new job of reinventing myself seriously, he's put on 10 lbs!

I'm today because boobalah now wants to workout with me.

I'm today because I'm doing myself a favor and getting my mammogram. I'm gonna be in for a world of hurt but it is better than the hurt of the bad news.

I'm still because of The Rotund One .

Another one. Please go to the Exercise portion of 3FC. I made a thread about stopping exercising. Someone posted a picture and a story. It that doesn't give you motivation, nothing will.

I am because I just got back from taking my dogs on an easy 2 mile, 45 minute walk, after a short day at work...and I still have time to vacumn for Angie AND take a little nap

TECH ~ it is over 80 degrees outside at my house, 70 inside in the shade!
