    I'm smiling today because there is no better guy in the world than my boyfriend! He accepts me for my weight, doesn't care if I lose or not, and puts up with my hormones and my eating problems. With his help I'm going to be able to change my lifestyle. AND, way back when, he was the reason I started trying to lose weight in the first place.

    He is the best! There is no one as wonderful!

    I'm smiling today because, weight gains or not, slip ups or not, I'm back onto a plan of some sort, and no matter how long it takes my body to get there, I'm on a plan that I can lose weight on.

    And I'm also smiling because I'm accepting the realism of dieting and what *I* can do.
