thanks gary it is gettin' better without med's i may add i cant take any kind of pain meds cause they knock me out but i can take aspirin i've been live'n on aspirin for the last week

I'm smiling because I slipped ice last night and no less than seven friends have called or dropped in this morning to see how I am. I'm aching, bumped and bruised but feel loved!
My knee (the bad one) is very swollen so I will have to wear my brace when I go out to dinner tonight. However, I'm smiling because I have a great long skirt and will have an excuse to wear it.

I'm smiling today because I managed to get in my 50 mns of exercise and although I won't be able to enjoy the outdoors today, it is going to be a gorgeous day!

I'm smiling today because I went birthday shopping for my 3 year old (soon to be 4 ) because shopping for a 4 year old doesn't cost the $100's shopping for a teenager can and because I feel blessed to have two handsome, whitty and sometimes crazy boys!!

I love shopping for my dd ( and I detest detest shopping) because she is still young enough to like getting the stuff I always wanted as a kid. she hasnt started asking for things yet.

I finally got my play kitchen with fake food that I've wanted since I was 4

Did you know they had a recall on the easy bake oven recently ENNAY? Just making sure my adopted GRANDdaughter doesn't get burned! if it is included in "her/your" kitchen set...wink

I'm smiling today because I got to go grocery shopping for over a weeks worth of healthy stuff at the commissary w/my dad and I saved big bucks!!! I got a half gallon of lite vanilla soy milk which I usually buy at the local grocer for around $4 for $1.86 and no tax. That's just one of the bargains I found today. That's enough to make me smile for a while.

I am smiling tonight because I am almost headed out to the fish club...and as much as my daughter in law's dad "hosed" her...he did get his ONE YEAR TOKEN/CHIP today...for those of you that know...well, you know it is huge! God bless him!
