Flex Pts- You get a set # of pts for the day- from the middle of your normal range. Mine is 32, my range used to be 30-35. Then, you get 35 "flex pts" that you can use however you want for the week. You can use them any way you want, a few a day or all at once or not at all.
Also, there are all new cards and recipes. Andd the new journal is like a little cheque book. You start out with your pts goal for the day, and take off the pts as you use them. You can also add pts in as you earn them from exercise. This little book impresses mee- it actually seems like it might cost a little more to make and that makes me feel like I am getting something for my $$$!
The only reason I have the info is because I used to worrk meetings and we need to know in case anyone has questions! I really like it so far. Motivating to have something new!

I have stayed OP for THREE days, including Friday which is usually where I fall off the wagon. And I still have my 35 Flex Pts to use, so I should be able to get through the weekend no problem!

It feels good to be on track. My SIL asked yesterday if I was doing WW again, she said I looked really good. That felt GREAT!
