I love doing Leslie's tapes I do the 2 ,3 and 4 mile tapes I am on a low
fat low carb diet so far Ive lost 8 pounds I have a long way to go but
since I started watching my food and walking I feel great and look foward to
walking every day I also use my treadmill try taking a walk with Leslie I think
you will like it I like doing different things so its not boring
I am having a pretty good week so far drinking my water and eatting lots
of veggies and fruits keep up the good work ill post my weight on Friday

Quick stuff is great for me too. I just tried this great lasanga (is that how you spell it?
Enegry seems up a bit though. Although I'm recovering from gallbladder surgery, so I still can't use up that energy.. Isn't that always the way!!
