Good morning everyone! Went walking for 15 minutes this morning when I took my husband to work. I've got alot of laundry and cleaning to do...I swear it never ends! Everyone have a great day!

I didn't do it yesterday because I got to running behind for church. Then just totally flaked out the rest of the day.
21 days makes a habit so I'm starting over today! I want to get myself into the mind frame that by 8:00 each morning I exercise. So that is going to include the weekends.
and exercise no less than 10 min each day.
GOOD NEWS I LOST WEIGHT. 1.4 lbs. YEAHHHHHHHH. I am back under 200 again. I will try to do some kind of exercise in the morning at 8.00am . I have been doing very well on calories. I will be ready to exercise tomorrow morning.

I did my
exercise
at 8:00am. I have had a pretty good day so far. I stayed on track yesterday with my calories. How are you doing today. I know you must have been exerciseing at the appointed time cause I could not get you off my mind
the entire time. How about the calories did you stay on track? WE ARE GOING TO MAKE IT HAPPEN 'CAUSE WE ARE STRONGER TOGETHER.
BTW my knee is feeling much better today.

I didn't realize you walk or run as much as you do! That is pretty great! I actually admire people who do things I have absolutely no desire to do!
ha ha ha But then again that's why you are losing quicker than me.
Did you chose a another type of exercise to do for awhile instead of walking?
Yeah I think of you each morning when I'm dragging myself out of bed wondering how did she talk me into this?
But I do it and we will get this weight off!!
We are all different with different issues but what we all have in common is we want to look and feel better about ourselves.
So we simply want to encourage each other. Everyone here has such good advice I hope you find the encouragement and help hat you need to succeed.

I extended the moves further today. I felt like I could have done more but I started coughing. I'm still struggling with that soar throat but its getting better.
Sometimes just getting started can be a killer. 21 days in a row makes a habit (so I'm trying to force myself into making exercise a habit. ugggh!
