I am pleased to announce that I am down 2 more lbs!!!

Yea! I now weigh 207. My goal is to make it to "onderland" by Thanksgiving. I may have to adjust it a bit. If I continue to lose like I am... I will be there before then.

L~ 4 egg white omelet with spinach and mushrooms
S~ apple
D~ 1 c. veggie stir fry, 1 c. brown rice
S~ 6 oz. yogurt and apple
Water~ 40 oz.
