ok, half pound off. Not really enough but body fat's gone down too, so can't be bad.

I'm just wondering if I've slowed my metabolism down by sticking to 1200 cals. But then if it is slow... and I bump up how much I eat, then I'm gonna put on weight

Eh well, never mind, I'll keep doing what I'm doing! Maybe go for a walk later!! C ya chickies

Hi ho, got to weigh-in at last, 1lb off as I thought, yipee! . Missed chocolate factory on hubbies birthday outing, but just had to help him with his piece of chocolate cake. Very restrained not having a piece myself, luckily appetite is rock bottom (stress ),so shall make the most of that. Two WW point drop now, aargh!
Keep it up chicks!

Thanks cat, although I say I try to stick to 1200, but most days it's over!

Yesterday had PMT induced binge-fest, pizza for lunch, choccy bar, crisps and chips at work

I actually felt quite crap after all that lot!! I've got myself a pic and mix today, cos I just needed some choccy!! I'll put it away soon......

I think I've lost a couple of pounds since coming back from the holiday. My new scales are as tempremental as my old ones!

Need to start exercising next week ~ my asthma has been very poor the last couple of weeks so I've not rushed to do any. Not that I need an excuse!
