I seem to have re-established my habit of eating only in the places I'm meant to eat (that is, not my car and not standing up in the kitchen).
Now, I'm working on the habit of eating only the foods that work well for me (that is, not white bread, not candy, and not a number of other processed foods that do nothing for me but trigger cravings). I did well on that one today, too!
My first week was a huge success!! I have lost 5.6 lbs so far, I realize it is probably mostly water weight but still! I am very proud and extra motivated to keep going!
Way to go on the loss already Pink Hurricane, Minoja, Chattabox and Tuscany!!!
Gardenerjoy, glad you were in control today! I have definite trigger foods too. I'm trying to focus on eating at regular times so I don't graze the whole day.
Hi PositiveAttitude! I think a lot of us do a weekly weigh in but for me sometimes I can't keep myself off the scale in between Sundays so I log in the info anyway. Good luck to you!
Thanks for the good wishes, Lene! And to PositiveAttitude, it's perfectly fine that you only weigh once a week. I weight daily, since it keeps me honest, but I only "count" my weekly Monday morning weigh-ins...that's when I change my ticker and I separately record the weekly weights to track my overall weight loss trends. This will be my first challenge! I will enter my start weight Sunday morning. I want to lose 8 lbs. by the end of the month. I CAN DO THIS!!!

Eating good, exercising regularly but scale will not budge...what gives? After the first week or two of no results I started logging everything I was eating to see where I may need an improvement and changed the things that could have been changed but still not losing weight. I am really confused about what to do next. Any advice?
