Frustrating start to my weightloss journey this month. My TOM has been very unkind and accompanied by cramps and bad headaches. I have stayed on course with my water, which is a challenge for me. My eating (85% great, 5% so so, 10% bad) has been ok considering a holiday weekend and TOM. Looking forward to more intense workouts and cleaner eating these next 3 weeks. I'm also thinking about weighing and recording everyday to keep my mindset more focused. I know with the intense workouts my weight will go up initially, but hopefully it will reward me with a nice whoosh later this month.

Cincorn, I love beer. Not to get intoxicated, just really love a good craft beer. I'm trying to stay away from alcohol this month. I rarely drink soda or juice and I'm taking a break from coffee. I would like to start making home brewed unsweetened tea daily and drink that with my water. Anyway, if you are anything like me your "beer 1lb" should disappear in a day or two
Tuscany, you may be bored with seeing the same number the last couple of days but a 3lb loss in your first week is FABULOUS! Great job!
