I seem to have re-established my habit of eating only in the places I'm meant to eat (that is, not my car and not standing up in the kitchen).
Now, I'm working on the habit of eating only the foods that work well for me (that is, not white bread, not candy, and not a number of other processed foods that do nothing for me but trigger cravings). I did well on that one today, too!


...that one took a lot of work! Official weigh in is Sunday though...

Eating good, exercising regularly but scale will not budge...what gives? After the first week or two of no results I started logging everything I was eating to see where I may need an improvement and changed the things that could have been changed but still not losing weight. I am really confused about what to do next. Any advice?
