Wednesday - Day 3 - Phase 1

L - wilted salad (3 cups greens, 2 strips turkey bacon, 1 TBS EVOO)

I have noticed the last 2 nights that I get super hungry at bed time, and I cant sleep well when my tummy is rumbling. I think this is because I eat dinner at 5:30pm, but I dont go to bed until 11:30pm... so I am adding a small evening snack at around 8pm

Hey all -

Yesterday was out for all three meals, but could have been a lot worse!!!

B: veggie omelet
L: chinese: chicken/broccoli, mushrooms, sauteed onions, insides of an egg roll, two mozz sticks (peeled off the breading lol), small serving of ice cream
D: huge salad, but with 1000 Island dressing, gyro meat, tzatziki sauce, sweet potato fries

I was concerned about all the sodium and the sheer amount of food, but this morning was still at 156, so . . . here's to a totally OP plan day today!

Be well -
