just had such a fistrating 24hours, was feeling a bit lathargic last few days, i gathered its because im eating 1300 cals, and doing so much, so i upt it to 1400 yesterday, which was fine but today i have walked 8 miles (990cals burned apparently) done a 2 hour rehearsal of a play, and i still have so much todo this evening and its nearly 8pm.... so im already on 1400 cals, i feel so tired, even though i have eaten enough for me to exist. im just desperate to loose, i was so close to a big fluxuation on the scales the otherday, i dont want to ruin it :-(

Well, after 3 1/2 weeks not getting on the scale, I decided to get on it for some motivation. I lost 3 lbs.! This is so good for me, since I'm a slow loser.
I did edit my weight loss on my profile, too. Now that will keep me going.

freethetoys, congrats on all that weight loss, it is really motivating and inspiring when you find out that someone has lost a lot of weight, it makes me think i can do it too!

i'm sorry i havent responded lately, i have limited access to the computer right now because my lap top cord is broken and i am waiting for my new one to arrive in the mail.

i've lost 5 pounds or so in the past week though which is nice

i find that weighing in weekly or even bimonthly is better than daily. sometimes when i weigh myself every day i lose motivation because i still see the same number and i feel like it goes to my head too much. i think it is definitely important to weigh in still because you need to make sure that you are making progress and that you are dieting the right way. as far as which day of the week to weigh yourself, i usually did sundays but i am considering changing it to tuesdays because i find that i eat a lot more on the weekends and tuesdays seems like a more balanced day, plus then monday you are motivated to get back on with your diet so that you lose weight for your next weigh-in.

it sounds like everyone is doing great! bring it on valentine's day!!

Well, I posted in this thread with the original goal of just wanting to be out of the 200's by valentines day(at 202 lbs when I posted it) and since then I'm down to 200 lbs, so I'm going to specify it a bit. I'll specifically go for.. 195. Not too bad, eh?
Looks like everyone's doing great so far, so keep up the good work

I just done a run around the park, probably running about a mile and walking 3/4 (not the best runner) and used an exercise video either side of it to warm up and down. lets hope i loose.... :-s

freethetoys with all that exercise you're bound to lose! good luck to you!

I reached my goal of a 5 lbs loss for valentines day at 144lbs, so i made a new goal of 140 lbs. It's a bit of a challenge for me, so i won't be annoyed it i don't make it. But lots of exercise yay

Default Valentine goal

My goal when I first started this "DIET" (right after the new year)was to see numbers on my scale not the terrible letter E for Error... Goal accomplished...It started weighing me about two weeks ago it said 339. I set my next goal for my birthday Feb 1st. This goal is to reach 326.
I am currently at 331.

My Valentine goal will be: 320lbs....Valentines day is also my daughters birthday she will be three this year...and I am doing this as much for her as I am for me!

one for every 5 lbs lost

Everyone is doing so great! Keep up the good work.
I have 3 lbs left until goal, definitely do-able. This week will be frustrating because it's the week before TOM and I usually stay the same for this week and then the first few days of TOM. Hopefully by the end of next week I will see the number go down...maybe even hit my goal.

Just checking in to say I was good over the weekend, although it was hard. I exercised both days and stayed within my calorie range. OK, time for me to go exercise today.

So, this morning I weighed myself in the bathroom, right before my shower, with my clothes on. It still said 200 lbs, which I was OK with still not that happy about... But then, then I stripped off my tons and tons of clothing (I like to layer clothes sometimes) and decided to just step on the scale one more time. It said 199!!!!!
Sorry, I'm probably just a bit too happy to be out of the 200's ^-^; Even though it's only the difference of one pound, 199 just seems to be so much lighter than 200 to me. 4 lbs left to go for the Valentines Day goal.

Anyway, looks like everyone else is doing great, so keep up the good work!
