I have lost 6 pounds in my first two weeks. I think if I had exercised and done lower calories that it would have been more. Frankly, I am amazed I lost any because I don't think I went below 2000 calories any of the days. I have only been more conscious of what I am eating because I am tracking it on fitday. So, I am sure if I can get down to doing 1800 a day and add some exercise in there that I will lose some more.
So, I am down 6 with 108 to go!! Ughh!!!
Does anyone know how long I have to wait to have a pound ticker in my signature?
