This thread is so motivating. I have been feeling like my valentines goal may not be realistic but after reading everyone's progress I feel like maybe I can do this. I am down to 207 as of this morning so it's only 8 lbs in 2 and 1/2 weeks! doable?

I may be a little late to the game here but V-day is still 2 or so weeks away. I'll set a lofty goal of 5 lbs, and a more realistic goal of a 3 lb loss. Either way it will put me under 150# (yay!).

keep up the awesome work everyone! two weeks to go, get excited!

i am not going to weigh myself until valentine's day but i feel like i have been pretty good and on track. i've run 5.75 miles in the last two days and now my legs are killing me but i am happy that i am getting back in shape again

layri, congrats on getting out of the 200's, that is definitely an accomplishment!

loyri well done, i remeber that feeling i hope it lasts a while for u like it did me....the feeling that is.
feeling good people, only 1lb for me to go to the goal now, but i may extend it a pound or 2, because i did not set it too high, and we have 2 weeks yet!

This is the slow and steady climb down to goal now...1 lb gone...I'll take it. Not that it is any surprise. I really didn't follow my program with Alli very well so I ate too few calories (200-300 less than needed to hit my 1800) and on the plus side I exercised 5 days this week so hopefully some of that is due to some good old fashioned muscle building.

This week goal, to stay in my cals and fat requirements. To continue to exercise and drink my water. I just love the Biggest Loser tapes. I'm going to start Week 3-4 on the tape to amp things up. Hopefully I'll see a nice number loss at next weigh in. I really want to get into running shape. Once the nice weather hits, I want to hit the road and get back outside!!!

I will have just a little over 2 weeks of dieting till Valentine Day. Im setting my goal at 10lbs off. I seem to be losing fast right now.

Just checking in to say I've been eating around 1200-1400 cals and have been exercising every day. I will weigh myself again on Feb. 1.

True! If getting in the 190s is so fantastic, I can't imagine how euphoric I'll be when I hit the 180s and so on... It's a really nice thing to think about for all of us on the weight loss journey, that it only gets even better and better from here on.

Just checkin in...sounds like everyone is on track! Even if you don't hit your goal you have still lost and that's great!
I'm holding on the same weight right now...stupid TOM messing up everything! Just staying on track and hoping for a big loss at the end. I can see my goal in sight!

Well I lost another 1lb an d a half which puts me at 193...8lbs until my goal of 185....I want to make it sooo bad but I will be happy just being under 189 (my prepregnancy weight) come on guys!!!!!! we are doing so well!!!

Switz I am sure you will drop those 3 lbs...or more after TOM you'll make it!!!!!!!
